The Ind-Russian statement issued in Moscow yesterday is yet another step of interference of Russians and Indians in the internal affairs of East Pakistan, as this statement reflexes the two parties’ pretention to be worried about the situation in East Pakistan. It is certain that a large number of refugees crossed into India, but they are not 9 million as the Indian propaganda puts it. The refugees went to India in order to escape the saboteurs coming from the Indian territories.
